We are proud to announce the launch of Sierra Mutual Aid - a new community-driven platform built to support neighbors across the Sierras.

Sonora, CA — There were multiple protests in Sonora on the Second Saturday of February 7, 2026 and a notable encounter I witnessed at one of them. About 30 gathered at the four corners of Greenley and Mono Way in what the organizer of that protest says will be a weekly event every Saturday in to the future. There were at least a dozen protestors on the Highway 108 overpass with “No ICE.” and the “U.S. is not ok” signs. There were also 20 protesters at Courthouse Park in Downtown Sonora
